CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. For permanent makeup services - 72 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit. For training - MINIMUM of 2 week notice must be given in order to transfer the deposit to a different date. The deposit is forfeited if the required notices aren’t given in the above mentioned timeframes. If notice isn’t given by the previously mentioned timeframes, a new deposit will need to be made if you wish to schedule again. The deposit is transferable but NOT refundable to a future date as long as 72 hours notice is given for brow services and 2 week notice for training classes.

NO CALL NO SHOW:
Deposit is forfeited. No future appointments

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a refund. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. If a deposit was not given, a fee will be charged before you can schedule again. This fee is $100-$200 (subject to change at any time without notice)
Please understand that this is a beauty treatment that requires time & patience and can result in me running behind schedule depending on the client I have ahead of you. If you are traveling to me & have to catch a flight, please allow enough time in case your appointment runs longer than expected. I like to take my time with each client

DO NOT BOOK IF:
You are pregnant, nursing or diabetic
You are taking any medications that is a blood thinner
You have viral infections or disease
You are undergoing chemotherapy
You are under the age of 18
You are currently using accutane
